With 25 years of experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, I’ve been supporting agents and their clients since 2001, working closely with lenders, inspectors, agents, buyers, and sellers to keep every transaction organized and on track.

Now, as a licensed Realtor, I’m excited to bring that same knowledge and behind-the-scenes expertise directly to buyers and sellers as they navigate their home search and sale. My long background in transaction coordination gives my clients a unique advantage: I understand the entire process from start to finish.

Born and raised in the Yuba-Sutter area, I’ve built my life and raised my two sons here in Yuba County. I stayed active in our community through years of involvement in the PTSO during my children’s schooling, and I continue to value the small-town connections that make this area special.
